Our distributed team operates across the United States and we are now expanding our client-facing operations, offering a unique long-term partnership opportunity with strong recurring monthly income potential for the right candidate.

What You Do

Handle technical interviews with US clients on behalf of skilled developers.

Interview Types

• Intro call (15-20 min) — background & interest
• Technical interviews (45-60 min) — architecture & skills
• Final call (30 min) — culture fit & final offer

What I Provide

• Developer's full background & resume
• Company research & job details
• Prep call before each interview
• All client coordination & scheduling

Payment Structure

• Progress bonuses: Candidate passes intro call → $30 bonus
• Candidate passes technical interview → $50 bonus
• Candidate passes final interview → $100 bonus
• Recurring monthly income: once candidate is hired → 20–25% of monthly salary, paid every month as long as they stay employed
• Realistic monthly earnings: 1 placement = $2,000–3,000/month; 2 = $4,000–6,000/month; 3 = $6,000–9,000/month
• Payment method: PayPal / Wise / Bank Transfer — monthly schedule
